Financial Support: Schools can always benefit from funding, a cause in which we are passionate about.

Career Fairs: We occasionally participate in career fairs at both schools, and provide mentorship/internships, providing students with an opportunity to connect with local businesses and explore potential career paths.

Equipment Donations: We understand the importance of well-equipped classrooms and labs.

We’ve also supported both athletic boosters and band boosters, which work to help students succeed as they participate in sanctioned sporting and arts related activities.

Personal Connections:

As a graduate of Berne Union myself (Bill Palmer), and with my wife and children having attended Lancaster High, these schools hold a special place in our family’s heart. Seeing the next generation of students thrive motivates us to continue our support.

Celebrating Tradition: The Fairfield County Fair. The Fairfield County Fair is a cornerstone of Lancaster, a week-long celebration of agriculture, family fun, and community spirit. Bill Palmer has been a proud supporter of the Fair for years:

Supporting 4-H Youth: Many of our clients and their children are involved in 4-H programs, raising animals and participating in competitions. We actively participate in the auction, purchasing animals from our young neighbors, and sponsoring the Demolition Derby’s.

Local Business Showcase: We encourage everyone to explore the fantastic variety of local businesses represented at the Fair, showcasing the best Lancaster has to offer. Just like Bill Palmer Insurance, these businesses are the backbone of our community.
